Now: Good Music From Tiny Cassettes

    I was doing some research on stereo microcassettes and found this great article from Popular Mechanics from 1982 on some of the new boxes, decks and personal players for microcassettes. I always wondered what was going on with Fisher, most of their 80's stereo equipment was pure junk but they had some tid-bits in the line that were pretty neat. According to the article, "microcassettes have a big future"!

    Thanks for sharing, that's interesting.
    I still have Fisher PH-M77, a kind of unique W-box, with 2 tape standards on board.. :)

    I'd love to be in the design meeting for the PH-M77, I have to believe they were marketing to the dubbers but the stereo microcassette was so rare at the time...
