Sports walkmans are very common, but I´ve never seen a sports discman before this one:

The normal looking Sony Discmans I have with ESP (Electronic Shock Protection) are quite immune to vibrations, waving around, turning upside down etc, even with the ESP switched off. I think that by the time these had come out they had much better tracking mechanisms than earlier CD players.

I just wish they had put the same mechanisms in Boomboxes (maybe someone knows of one).
The Sony ZS series I have would probably skip if a fly landed on them.

The ESP works fine, no problems at all while jogging

These are actually quite nice but they are from around 2000 despite the retro looks. Minidisc and MP3 were around the corner so as last rolls of the dice goes this was a nice effort by Sony.

Thanks Hugo, will make a real effort to contribute this time.

Also, we discussed ways to integrate the Facebook page better with the forum. Open to your thoughts but in the meantime I will try to cross-pollinate topics.

    You always did, Agent.

I think that'll be a nice idea. I'll send you a PM.
