So I picked up this beast at the thrift store for $25. Got it home and cleaned the crap out of it (had tape slip issues). So with everything nice and clean, I did a bit of testing and had a couple of issues. 1. Poor treble reproduction, azimuth maybe? Not easy to access head screws though 2. Does weak rewind. It spins, but not strong enough to carry the spool 3. When I played a 20 - 20000 Hz sine sweep, there's an odd bump at the lower frequencies (see attached image). This does not happen to my Walkman (WM-SXF30) I'll be more than happy to receive answers to any or all of the above issues, especially the bad treble P.S.
