this is unit can be used on table or as portable as well, same mechanics in PX70, excluding head, but with new sound processor, so sound is very unusual for AIWA, warm and heavy, but not like SONY. Clear and more bold than usually. If you ever try to replace belt in this unit - huge work - 9 points of desoldering and solder again, motherboard must be in accurate place, if you miss points - will not work. Overall it is unique and not ordinary piece of engineering, and can be enjoyable and fun to use.
yes it was looks like EX-90, it was last battle of giants, after this model in 3 month sony bought aiwa, so maybe it is last real Aiwa's engineering.
Greetings I've had one of these that's the mono version incredibly good range with the microphone and a massive gain,, there's also a TPS 101 which looks more or less the same but some of the features differ and the 101 is stereo,, very hard to work on but rewarding if you get it right! Kind regards
