Hi all, I recently bought a GE 3-5254A, and one of the many things I'm going to do to this boombox is paint the bottom half either a metallic turquoise, or metallic dark red. But, the problem I realized I am going to have is that when I paint this, is that the General Electric name and function labels will be sprayed over. Taping isn't really an option due to the size of these. Plus, being that I want to paint the box red or turquoise, I kind of want white labels/logo... Maybe silver.

    So, my questions....

What process would the manufacturer have used when they put the decals on originally? They seem to be too thin to be water transfer.... And also, where would I go to acquire these decals, or have them made in white?

    :hmmm

Any help is very much appreciated! :D
