    Hello jmDc
Welcome to the forum. Please use the service manual that I will upload here in next post. If you need the appropriate belt this is the link to get the exact size belt
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Walkman-bel...186239?hash=item1e918141ff:g:eF4AAOxyrrpThOEP

Let me know if you need further help. Changing belt on this Walkman is not difficult. Sometimes you need to clean the goo of melted original belt. Make sure you clean it good

East steps to change belts on your WM-20.
You need a tweezer and a small screw driver and obviously appropriate size belt

First pull down the face plastered and open the two screw shown in the red box and gently remove the face plate

Make sure the tape button is switched to "Normal" and Dolby is switched to "off"
( this is important when you are placing the internal parts inside the back plate)

By Using a pair of tweezers open the screw that hold the volume control.

Now you can remove the back plate. But remember yo be gentle when you are working with your Walkman.
You can look at the belt that is already installed and follow the same way this one is installed

Most probably you need to clean the melted belt. So make sure it is well cleaned before installing the belt

Is you see a lot of goo around the motor you should remove the plate ( by opening these 3 screws) to have better access to clean

I will leave this Walkman open till tomorrow. Let me know if you need additional help.
Any by the way I am not expert at all. I know very little and I would love to share what I know with other members.
And by the way, this Walkman won't work if a headphone is not hooked to it. So make sure before opening it it works and you hear the motor running
