Hello!

Finished my little mod. This is my bluetooth enabled Philips D8443:

Youtube

All mods are easy to remove so no harm done to the Philips Smile. Works really fine, it is possible to use line-in and bluetooth at the same time. Hope you like it.

How about one of these?

Hello,

I used one of these http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.8422

Installation:

First took the operating voltage from inside the Philips. Converted voltage to 4.X volt with a regulator. Then i made a simple mixing circuit with some 10K ohm resistors. Last step was to add a little switch to be able to use the bt-receiver.

Yes, must press record to enable the line in. It works 100% like standard D8443. Bluetooth is mixed into the line in, both works at the same time if i want to connect another source.
