does anyone here know how or / and what program to use .i want to hook up a mixer up to my pc and record my vinyl so i can put then on to a cd or to my ipod.thanks

I run my Technics SL-1200 into a Realistic 32-1100A mixer and then run that into my computer's soundcard input. The 32-1100A is a classic, inexpensive mixer. I've used mine for over 20 years. For software, I use CoolEdit Pro to capture and do basic editing. I use Steinberg Wavelab 5 for more intense processing.

you don't need a mixer just get a turntable with a USB output, or if you have the turntable already you can use something like this:

i have two 1200s from back in the day eighties still going strong and a new realistic mixer 32-2057,bbut i dont know how to hook it up can you show pics thanks

i like that i can just plug my whole set up in to my computer and even mix. cool and not expensive
