hi lads right my deck is in-op bacause of the idler that drives play has turned to chewing gum ,   i have removed goo and just have the round gear need to glue something on it i used a strip of elastic band which works but wont last to soft any ideas cheers. 

What size is it? I have a new gf9696 idler.

hi mate the wheel is metal diamiter 14 mil without rubber {goo} centre 3mill ,  2mil thick does that help.  i gues 16 mil with rubber on.

I`ll look for it for ya, but, i`m thinking, the 9696 wheel, is a bit bigger. Rubber belts, are made from the same stuff. Have you tried this. A square belt.

thought of that mate 1.5 mil small one and glue on.
