hi guys,just traded with andy bison for a panasonic rx f32-only trouble is that the record function is permanently stuck on-but the button isnt down??you can stick a tape in and it will play but no sound,as the meters just register your own voice,obviously believing your wanting to record something

apart from that its superb.....one of the best quality minis ive ever owned.....so it warrants being repaired really

any help you can give would be much appreciated

Time to dig into it. Could just be a gummed up mechanism.

hi teamstress,i took a look in there yesterday-and found a tiny little piece of plastic that had broken off from the record section on the tape mechanism.....well,a couple of hours and tonnes of swearing later its glued back in place and record is no longer a problem,so i can use this baby now as the factory intended-and its one hell of a mini
