JVC M80 Cassette repair

Problem with cassette deck was, would not play. Was cause by bad rubber idler tire that couple to the capston pulley by belt on other side for play mode has harden, so need to be replace, which requires disassembly of the transport to get reel assembly out.

The small idler tire drives the takeup reel in play mode.

Where is this Tire Sourced or sold through?

If there is such a place to purchase Idler tire's from - 

Do they have other size's Rubber Idler Tire's for sale and or belt's?

SMS electronics found one close enough, just thickness is thicker, but nothing a razor blade can't fix. Trying a another person I usually get belts from for cassette decks, but the other one will get the job done if needed.
