just wondering if anyone with a 575 can tell me why the dolby nr led only lights up when on radio function? i though dolby was for cassette only but it does'nt light up on tape.

i know member Nickfish has one and he says he's does the same, is their a fault maybe?

any help here would be greatly appreciated.

well good on ya for battling thru the elements i believe there's been 20ft snow drifts in some parts of cumbria

it seems mine is the same as well.....the dolby light go's off when on tape play

i guess it's meant to be that way as mine is mint and not had much use in it's lifetime

Haven't tried mine yet Az, was too knackered after battling thro snowdrifts to get back home again, but it does seem a pretty bizarre set up

just noticed it lights up on line in function too Si, if ya get the time have a look at yours mate and see if yours is the same.

tell you what though i love it mate, great build quality and great sound to match

think i have a new 8614 replacement atlast

You need to move the dubbing switch to off.
