Philips D8444 - How to remove grills ?

gearwheel - 2013-11-30 09:57

After i send my first old box back to seller and he couldn`t repair it, i got a D8444. think, its a nice box, sounds ok, but.... it needs to be cleaned. especially the speaker grills, who look dusty and dirty. how do i remove them ? are they just stucked in, are they glued, or do i need to open the case ? i just want to get the grill a shower and cleaning....

Need to take off the back. The grill is held on with tabs that fold over. From memory i think you have to remove some internals to get to all the tabs. No glue tho.
