Beston 4000 is best one!

brigadier.vytas - 2010-06-21 01:56

Hello all! Here's my Beston 4000. Bought for ~30 euros, or ~37 bucks. A hudge Thank U Very Much goes to all of U, friends, for pushing me to grab this beauty! All works perfectly, only except for FM2 button (there's 4 "fav radio station" buttons). Sound is great, lot's of functions, cosmetical condition is ok, it's heavy and this Beston is simply Best One for me! I've only washed the whole body and repainted the grilles. Here's some pics...

One of my friends said :" ok, cool, it looks like acordeon!"Big Grin :

Disassembling before body washing was very easy:

Here's poor info in german on the Beston's back:

Still, i do not know, where it is made.. Can't find any info about that model or even about the brand..Writings on the back are german, but inside there's lot's of NEC, Toshiba and other japanese parts. On the speakers also there's written "made in Japan". So.. is it japanese bbx made for german market (i guess it is more possible), or is it german made, but full of japan parts?..Mates, if anyone knows the asnwer, please, help. I'de be very thankfull..

You can't go wrong with this amount of alluminium, no matter where it's made Smile
Most likely that radio made in japan.

Looks a whole lot like a smaller version of the Clairtone 7979. I love it.
