In the wild...

...two new "members" for my collection:

Akai AJ-490FS and Panasonic RXC37 :w00t:

The Akai has DIN input for recording, can I use this input to connect an MP3 player?

If so I will have to get a cable DIN / RCA to use an MP3 player to it.
Panny works great, maybe i change the speakers for more bass (woofer and tweeter looks like new).

Both are ok with all the features, only 'less sensitivity to capture the SW bands (my Polyvox RG 800 aka JVC RC636L makes with maestry).

Let's see the face of my girlfriend when she comes ... :annoyed: :hmmm:

Pic is poor, because I need buy a camera (mobiles do not makes a great work with less light).

nothing wrong with your pics man, they look fine..i used to have the same panasonic box as that,it sounded really good, and i seen an ad a while ago who was searching for an akai aj500,i think its the next model up from yours, and was willing to pay a handsome price for it..i really like the Akai boxes,i would love to see an Akai PJ43fl again, they are a sweet box..

Oh and about the girlfriend problem,i had the same issue, one had to go..and i can tell you that i still enjoy looking at my boxes every day Wink as for my ex,i'm sure she's out there some where, but i dont know where Big Grin

I´m pay R$60,00 (25USD) for Panny and R$250,00 (125USD) for Akai.

But, i´m still lookin for the Helix HX-4630 (aka CCE CSC1000 Jumbo in Brazil, my youngster grail).
