DC7 Joy!

docs - 2010-11-23 09:15

I hit on the DC7 earlier and played some vinyls making a mix tape. This stereo is really nice. In my opinion it has better audio than the VZ-2000 with a bit more bass and clarity throughout. I love the auto function selection too. Overall top quality JVC boomer.
Heres a few shots of some vinyls spinning.

Very nice Docs, the DC-7 has to be one of the heaviest and deepest boxes ever produced. The antenna mounted on the handle was very innovative at that time. I used to listen to one of these for many lunch breaks over the years.

I have one these it's a great box, but so so heavy, and with the batteries all on one side making it even harder to carry. It does sound very nice shame it doesn't have bass and treble controls though.

Yes, I remember push button tone controls.

That's a nice box, docs. Congrats. Makes me kick myself for passing on a DC33 at the flea market. It only had a few equalizer sliders missing. Oh well.
