My list was made from memory. Wink I'm a bit of a number-cruncher when it comes to boomboxes. Big Grin

That depends! Big Grin
I haven't taken an inventory yet but let's see what I can remember off the top of my head. I'll update the list later when I have more model numbers. The current list is a total of 52 (+ a few I can't recall) which is to many and I hope to eventually get whittled down to 30. I've marked the ones with an asteric that I wouldn't mind letting go without much consideration.

Some great collections there! Masterblaster84 you have some monsters in that list, Geoff H you have some boxes I wouldn't mind owning, Skippy1969 so do you, Ghettoblaster68 you have some monsters too, and chancenellie WOW, so many boxed classics - you must be proud!

Thanks for sharing, everyone! Cool

masterblaster84 - 2008-06-09 10:42

Thanks RA but you have a nice collection as well, Smile In fact there are a lot of incredible collections among us. I agree with you about having to purge some boxes, 50 to 60 boxes really takes up a lot of space. As much as I would like to have them all I don't want these boomers to take over my house so I have figured a comfort zone of about 30 cool boomers. Cool

That is sooooo true!! Eek

That's exactly what I want, 30 great boomboxes. No more, no less. I've thought that very thing for ages. Nod Yes It's seems to me, to be the the 'perfect' amount, plenty of variety, but not too many boxes! Manageable... just!

That is so weird how you just suggested that! Big Grin

retro.addict - 2008-06-09 11:30

Like minds! Nod Yes I guess that's why we like these lumps of plastic so much. Wink
30 just seemed about right, when I had 30 boxes they weren't getting stuffed in various places around the house, I could manage them. Unfortunately the first 30 boxes were mostly my weakest boxes so I had to keep collecting to get the best ones.
