Two new boxes from the carboot !

bendycat - 2009-07-05 14:57

Been at the carboots today looking for boxes n' bmx's

saw a couple of long boxes that were just too far gone and loads of the alien bug heads heads (2000 onwards) boxes but nothing like a 9494 square box around Frown

then sittting next to some chairs was a clean looking box - my heart always rushes a bit and i try not to run over to it too fast, as this can alert the seller that you are very intrested in it and so will hold onto the price, cos they know you want it Laugh Out Loud

picked it up - play with it for a couple of seconds - put it down but still standing in front of it so no one can pick it up - ask if every thing works - pick it up again and give that face of "do i want it or not ???"
how much ?
£5
well go on then it looks all right
£5 to seller
walk off with a nice clean box - looks clean inside and not used much Wink
JVC PC-W100 (all working)

and then there was this little one that caught my eye
bit a dirt on it but i can see it will clean up alright
Only thing was the 5 band GE missing for some reason ? just wondering if i can get another deck door for it from a doner - any one with a clue about it please speak up Wink
heavy box for a little one and a bit of a strange shape to it and stranger still no id number on it - had to match it up by pictures ?

Panisonic RX FW-29 (all working)

need help in finding button/sliders or new deck door please

should clean up nice

all comments welcome
cheers B Wink

Boy does that memorex tape bring memories! My family and I lived in germany back during the gulf war and these were the only ones they ever bought! We have tons of em in the basement, must be a european thing Smile

Wow! I have an FW29 but it has no fixed-FM buttons, and the dial is somewhat different (no city names, only frequencies). Smile
