I was offered a Radiotone MRC-295.
i searched all over the internet but i couldn't find nothing.
Does anybody know something about this firm?

The only Radiotone company I know was from Germany during the early 80s. See radiomuseum.org as they might have some more information.

Claret the thing is that i didnt see it and i have no way of seeing it since this guy
doesnt know how to send emails with pics, so what i did is google it but nothing came out.

You can quite a few different Radiotone models here although not that particular model.
