ghettoboom777 - 2008-10-24 09:48

Hi everyone-Can someone tell me more about the I think it's called the Super Jumbo and it has 10" woofers!!
I saw a thread with a photo of this thing and it's ridiculous.
Someone said that nothing compares to it!
Not even the M90??
I would love it if someone could show us those photos again and tell us more about this obscure boombox.
If I remember it looked scary and with halloween a week away we need some scary boomboxes!! Red Face Eek
So let's see and know more about the infamous Super Jumbo W/10" woofers!!
Thanks-Ghettoboom777. Smile Nod Yes Eek

Hi Skippy1969-I believe that's it!
That thing is huge!
Thanks for the photo.
I'd like to know more about this "Bad Boy"!
It looks like it was made by Elta.
I appreciate your reply & photo and have a super weekend-Ghettoboom777. Smile Nod Yes

gluecifer - 2008-10-24 18:49

I got one as well. It's a BOSS radio.

Rock On.

I managed to pick a few up too.
The one on the bottom right i am going to leave as line-in only and not worry too much about fixing the cassette players. As you can see the keys are missing.

ghettoboom777 - 2008-10-24 22:30

Beautiful!!
How do these sound in comparison to other grails?
How many watts do they draw and how much output power do they put out if you don't mind me asking?
I like the 10" woofers-that's insane-I like it!
It looks like Elta made them and there's a JC 2000.It looks like the Elta is bigger or is just the picture?
I'd like to turn on some Break Machine "Street Dance" at very high volumes on one of these!
Thanks for the photos and let me know on these comparisons if you could.
Have a great weekend-Ghettoboom777. Smile

Here you go Ghettoboom. From my trip to Concord, CA., where I met MasterBlaster & SINISTER. Super cool guys.

thafuzz - 2008-10-25 16:22

For some strange reason, they all are the same except the Wheely is the only one (I think) that have moveable fake blue spectrums graphics that move with each EQ slider. But yes, they have rectractable wheels underneath so you can roll it along. 12 kilos w/o batteries.

ghettoboom777 - 2008-10-25 20:56

Thanks ThatFuzz-I just can't believe how big they are!
It makes the M90 look small!
I want one of these someday.
Thanks so much for the photos and it looks like you had a great time visiting Masterblaster and Sinister. That's way cool.I love California.
By the way I love Oregon-Been to Crater Lake a few times and I just love Eugene area-I stayed there a weekend once.
Have a great weekend-Ghettoboom777. Smile Nod Yes
