Hi Mr Vu

Candle is a "brown electronic" company based on Jutan International Limited company. Candle itself is a Canadian vesion (aka Citizen and other's)

The quality is not the greatest, and they were sold at low end electronic stores. Still, as many people know here...I have a soft spot  these Candles...good memories

So my opinion he should buy it? it has to be a rare boombox?
Should my collection it?

short answer...No. I'd save my money for a better quality unit. But that's just me

Besides that, most places the tv wont work since the signals went digital!

The tv boomboxes have a lot of memories for me as well.  If the unit is cheap enough and you are looking to bulk up your collection, why not!    I have a radio shack tv stereo box at home still.
