would know what ive been through up to now.

Anyway i decided to change my woofers with these Earth shaking monsters

They look and sound Awesome, they're called Monacor 5.25" SPH-135/AD Bass/Mid 8ohm.

Theses are what they look like fitted.

I know that your meant to keep things original, but to be honest these sound a lot better and are extremely loud.

Cheers guys, yeah shes getting there, just need to find an original Passive Radiator and she'll be ready to shine, this makeshift Passive looks like the correct size but there are two tiny gaps around the edges of the circumference whilst its in position.

Can you shine a flashlight on One side of this and  take a picture from the other side to  be able to see the gap that you have that you need sealed ?

 

Think that you need to make a template for the speaker to mount to and then mount that speaker to the inside of the boombox eliminating the gap in the process
