Well, my WF-939z is resting comfortably in the BASSment. I couldn't trust any of your photoshop hackjobs anyway! We know you like big (wide) chicks or you wouldn't have bulked up like you did!!!

Does WF-939 have more bass or highs compared to HK-9000? Or is it louder? You said it sounds better, but how? I just got GF-800 a couple of days ago - so now I have 3 of the Sharp's big boys - GF-777, HK-9000 and GF-800. I still want the WF-939 - I've always had a soft spot for huge Sharps of the 80s

it sounds good, but its the functionality of the box itself, 10 band spectrum analyzer, 10 band eq, lots of functions.....just a neat box all around

It would be interesting to compare the GF-800 and WF-939. Both are identical in size, and both were top of the line. But the 10 band analyzer is super cool - I used to have a 5 band analyzer on my old Technics stereo a long time ago

IMHO the 939 is the best of the lot. Granted, the EQ has alot to do with it but it seems as if Sharp hit the mark with those flat diapghram woofs. Kitt actually spent a couple of months with mine. (I sent it to RI for a vacation with him for therapy and enjoyment.)
