ok I have a similar national RX-5350 - no wood-grain sides tho...

have a RX-5700 with wood-grain sides ... but the radio is on top

unlike the 7200 pictured above and the 5350 I have ... Where

the radio is on the bottom ... Like in the picture above....

jvc - 2012-01-02 05:37

Hi. I have the two on the sides. I need the middle one, like driptip said-the middle one !

Thank you guys for the help with the pictures.

I might consider a 5700 for a moderate price.

claret.badger - 2012-01-02 05:46

well that's a bit less than 2 thirds of the way there

claret.badger - 2012-01-02 06:26

i mean pounds not dracma James

you do realise you have valued the 5700 at over 850 dollars - c'mon man try pricing your gear at prices you may actually sell them for

had no idea - that - that meant $850.00 bux

would actually sell for this rx-5700 around 400.00 on the high-side an or maybe less than that since am out in the open here with a price 'that' I may actually accept and or still be critiqued for desiring this number for this model as I only have the one as I bought it back when amid the hoopla over these model's that were/are ? so special ... i dont really think so now that I have one - yes it has the supposed "classic looks" about it faux wood grained plastic wood grained plastic and full instrumentation about it with all the knob's lever's button's selector's and whatever else that make's you feel like it's a supreme-process just to listen to your cassette music with - ( radio plays & cassette plays slowly - most basic functions work as I 'only played' this - i didnt run a full stress analyisis upon it ...) and the one I have here needs servicing cleaning and probally full capacitor replacement, along with new belt's for the cassette deck....

It is a complete box with no missing parts, it's just not my style but back then I had to get one amid the hoopla over these and now ... if somebody is truely interested in it and wish's to restore it this would be a good one to restore... once again I have made my very few selections after all of the hoopla over boombox's and i know which few i really want to play my music with now an in the future ( OUTSIDE ) and that is the 550 ... inside - I play the home stereo....Not a boombox....

claret.badger - 2012-01-02 07:37

I'd def give you 350 dollars for the 5700 if it was fully working and no missing parts James

and would haggle if it needed work
