Hi new to stereotogo got 300+blaster YouTube video recorded being edited been through 800 in 5 years have 15 on display at Chicagoa's Museum of broadcast communication and suppled 160 for wall in movie step up 3d looking for rexcell cassette keys also one key for Lasonic trc920T also two cassette keys for early 1st Lasonic 931 the one Marked jumbo with mic were the infinity eq lights next to on/off need lots more ... For Chicago great old school repair shop Martroy elec. 63rd and kedzie 773 776 7000 owner Ray can fix most stuff has 30 blaster for sale for repair parts  employs 5-6 tech's good luck Bryan

Hey Bryan, nice to meet you and see you joining the community. Sounds like you have a great deal of experience with boxes and thanks for tipping with a repairers for those US members close to Chicago, I am sure that will be very useful for some.

Thanks I was flea/market antique dealer 25 years. Funny never remember seeing any til my 45 bday got a rx5250 $8. Never stopped after that got lots of other dealers looking...I used to seller under user ID XXC92262X & Boombastic1962 sold tons bought lots really love em Instead of counting sheep I count wanted Blasters always seems to work Haha also need two doors for c100f's got luck pick a poor but champagne conion c100f I 've got some conion speakers and grill with red ring to trade/barter....are we aloud to exchange phone number???

Welcome Bryan,

 

It's nice to see old school repair shops surviving these days. As far as phone number exchange, I wouldn't venture into that just yet but a PM or posting of a generic e-mail address maybe more fruitful.

Ya I agree but I,m old school not afraid of much I've used my real name cause that what they have on a poster size sign at Museum with collection on loan from Bryan Spruth I wrote how technology moved though boomboxes over a twenty year period I.E: 8track cassette, CD then MP3 then iPod instead of replacing them ,,, even though it was only relevant from 81-84 B.

Step up 2 had that great dance scene in the rain at end of movie Step up 3 was a little corny but the pace was Ok so it kept my interest... They bought all my junk...to build the wall. B
