Hello and welcome!

Aiwa HS-PX457 is a good machine with all the functionality you need - dolby noise reduction, autoreverse, music search, blank skip, remote control. I am not sure about the multi-sound-processor though. I had a PX477 which was basically the same and it didn't sound as good as I wanted it to. There was more hiss than in the even cheaper Sony. But I do think PX457 should in fact be better.

What kind of a money are we talking about here and where would you get it - from a friend or off ebay?

Cheers!
