Certainly is rarity especially did you notice it says METAL on tape... now that IS UNUSUAL for prerecorded tapes AND micro cassette.

All stereo microcassettes pre-recorded and blanks are type IV metal, one of the reasons why they never took off, tapes were hard to find and were very expensive, and no where near the sound quality of it full size brother

Nice, very rare you're lucky enough if you have a blank metal microcassette never mind a pre-recorded, I only have one metal microcassete a demo tape that came with my Olympus SR-11, here it is:

I have that same olympus tape, but there is no music on there anymore Frown
