One of BEST films EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in my top 5

Don't take this the wrong way but I hope they never make part 2....even if Ridley Scott directs again (see Prometheus)

On the issue of adverts in the movie...the best for me was the giant TDK neon sign at the end of the movie

Fav line..Chu, if only you could see what I have seen through your eyes...

Masterpiece.....nuff said

well, it`s just rumored, that harrison ford will take part again ... maybe rachael too ...

some of the new films are good, some not... i didn`t like the last star trek, but tron legacy was nice ...

it`s possible to tell new chapters of a story ... maybe a bladerunner TV series .. ^_^... think, there are tons of ideas, brought together by fans within the laste 30 yrs ...

I see your point Gerawheel, I agree with you on Tron and Abrams Trek

I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the last 3 Star Wars films...I'm glad Lucas sold the rights to Disney, because he's lost his touch (Jake Lloyd casting and Jar Jar Binks)

Blade Runner to me is a classic. Movies like Citizen cane, Casablanca, are just too classic to be redone. They don't need remakes or sequels from these...they stand on their own IMHO

Maybe we can remake the last 3 Star Wars films...

yes, but the problem in bladerunner always was : it was just one film, and it has an open end ...

on one hand, its a classic, on the other hand, its science fiction. and that means, its a permanently moving, reseaching and using phantasy for new stories...

i dunno if it needs a sequel, but, bladerunner is a entire world. there are so many stories which can be made without hunting and fighting against robots ...

ok, the last star wars were rubbish.... but i remember my dad`s words, who was collecting tons of SF books. he loved writers like asimov. and he said: "star wars is just a space fairy tale" ...

so compared with other heavy weighted SF stories, the first star wars was kids stuff too ... i remember, when we played star wars on the playground. and there were a lot of merchandise like action figures, etc in the early 80s ...

so, it doesn`t surprise, that last three movies were for kids and that they sell it to disney...don`t get me wrong, i also love the old star wars and have a collectors edition DVD box, which was a x-mas present many years ago ^_^ ...

i`d be happy to see "ringworld" or the new "dune" books as movies....
