I just listed my 1983 Sony WM-10 on eBay. It's in very nice condition other than a small dent on one corner. It has the original paperwork, carrying strap, and even headphones. I paid $200 for it, and it was advertised as working. When it arrived at my house it did not power on and now I need money after missing a week of work. Good luck with this and your price is bang on the money.  These are an easy fix (usually) so the fact that you have phones and belt clip is just a bonus.
