I can't help thinking you would have been better off selling the 2nd TPS-L2 and the MDR-1s separately as they are both very desirable but not necessarily together.  Hope you don't mind me mentioning this.

No I don't mind at all and thanks for your comment. I understand exactly what you mean and it did occur to me, but in the end I decided the market for these lovely examples of Sony at their best is big enough to support the sale of all three at once. Fingers crossed!
