BEER

Gawd Blame it! I've gone and done it. I've been cutting down on drinking by drinking one 6 pack of good beer instead of a 12 pack of cheap swill.
Yesterday was Newcastle Brown. Just fabulous beer. Completely blows away even the "good" stuff I thought was so good; namely Shiner beer available here is Texas.
Today I am enjoying a 4 pack of Guiness Draught. Superb!!
I had Bass ale the other day, but its too sweet for my palate.
I am about ready for some real bold India Pale Ales and some Hoppy Weisbeers!
Of course , theres a plethora of very good lagers here in the vein of Munich style lagers and Stella Artiose Belgina style, especially Mexican beers here, thats are extremely satisfying! What are you blokes drinking?

Beer-wise not a heavy drinker but I like Stella Artois, Beamish Red, Becks, Red Stripe and the Polish beer Tyskie. I like my Cider though Wink

Well I drank lots of Red Stripe over the last year as it was very cheap here for some reason ( 5.99 a six pack) till they raised the price last month, so i stopped drinking that.
There are lots of the same style lagers as Red Stripe here, they are deliscious, but being so close to mexico, the Mexican lagers which are pretty much the same taste as Red Stripe, are now just a bit more reasonably priced.
