last week i had an egg/conion sound-off - and in all but sheer crude loudness -- the panny egg was honestly a much better sounding machine
but as for the wedge/conion thing -
well - size does matter --but if the wedge (panny ES30) could grow to twice as big -
it could be as good or better - not sure
anyhow - if you guys can find one cheap -- like $25-50 -- get one -- it has an amazing full sound -
and in a SMALL room--
when the virtualizer circuit is on -
this little wedge sounds as great as a superb set of headphones -- REALLY !
ira i told you you need to have that with real bacon

Thems fightin words Ira!
Just kidding, I don't hold eggy opinions against anybody and do realize that there have been some fantastic sounding eggs. Now looks are another matter, the best looking egg can never compete with the classic boombox looks, it's a different beast all together.
Perhaps you did not thouroughly scramble the eggs. I suggest a ham omelette with some veggies! That should improve the odds!
well guys i had the opportunity to hear this egg
i would have ever thought this box would sound so good from a distance i would have sworn it was coming from a m70 and it was outside on the porch at about have volume no distortion that what amazed me the size and those dinky winky woofers 3in in size the surround the equalizer
too much to mention all good in my book
will admit -
the wedge came in last in the chick magnet trials
