I am confused and totally blown away by the comments left under the Bose heading under the feedback section made to decentman4you.
Unless I don't have the whole story, well then someone please update me and set me straight. I thought that this message board was about helping each other out and sharing the hobby of collecting portable stereos, not about attacking someone on the way they decide to express themselves in their postings on the board. There was no profanity being used, or any lewd comments made towards anyone. I've seen alot worse in the posts by alot of the other members that are borderline and suggestive in their content and discussions that turn off topic all the time but I never see those posts interupted by the moderator. I am a good honest member of this board and this kind of treatment bothers me.

What do you disagree with? That this board is about helping each other out and sharing the hobby? or freedom of expression, as long as it doesn't contain profanity or comments made against others? Now I'm confused.
I'm not the moderator but agree with Jared regarding taking the issue up with the moderator. Please direct this to Panasonicfan via PM and close this thread.
How about I take it up with the moderator and terminate my membership?

I understand and appreciate what you're saying kittmaster but sometimes it is best to leave behind a situation that makes one feel uncomfortable.

My whole point about taking it up with the moderator is related to two things:
1. The moderator took the action on the thread.
2. Your question can only be answered by said moderator.
I have been guilty of many an infraction here that when going left I've been steered right. That is the moderators job. If I had a dispute regrding such matters I hashed it out with them. P-fan asked DM4U to check his PM. DM4U is a grown man and if there is an issue to be settled, it should be between them. If you have an issue or opinion about the direction you feel it's going, PM P-fan. I've had discussions plenty before and whther we agreed or agreed to disagree, we moved on, and continued to contribute.
I for one enjoy your posts and responses likewise to others. It's your choice to leave but ask yourself...what does it accomplish or what do you gain?
Thank you oldskool69 for your kind remarks about enjoying my posts, I do appreciate it. Moderators are there for the sake of keeping people on topic, monitoring profanity, and stopping misuse and abuse of the board, etc. I personally did not see any violation of the above. I actually find decentman4you's posts to be quite humorous and in light hearted fun and I enjoy reading what he has to say next, as do I enjoy many other's posts to the board.

Agreed all the way around:
1) My bad, shouldn't have referred to another member here as being "dumb". My apologies to James on that one.
2) Nothing to be gained talking about this in the public forums. I will address all involved via PM.
