Just sitting here enjoying a Bud, it really is a nice beer for just a refreshing glug when you're hot and bothered.
Also partial to sweet cider (Woodpecker), Miller, Red Stripe, Tyskie and when it comes to shorts a good ol' double Drambuie hits the mark.
So, what's your bevvy of choice? (Of the alcoholic variety)
im having a long running love affair with hieneken

well, beeing a german guy and living in one of the most famous beer-brew-areas ( saxony, right next to the czech republic and rather near to bavaria ) my favourite beer is dark czech beer on one hand ( krusovice, Breznak ) and light shaded ( light meaning color ) beer from saxony ( Radeberger from my hometown-area Dresden and Feldschlösschen Export )..also Münchner Hofbräu Dunkel
probably hard for you guys to spell these names nor to think about their taste. But believe me..they all taste great!!
if i get this ad right our Radeberger may also be available outside germany:
And of course Black & Tans!
Rarely drink but when and if I do.This is the only one for me.
we can get warsteiner aaaannnd, .... erdinger here Kid. Warstieners strong as hell. i had two pints there a few years back and i was walking up the street with a spl** thinking i was invunerable
waaagh Oldskool the marketing on those cans is STRONG! here cans of harp are blue. i dont get why the pint is amber/brown? - aahhh, i just spotted the guiness. the black and tans were an english police force that patrolled Ireland brandishing hurleys, black hurleys
our equivelant of a baseball bat
I really never developed a liking for alcohol.Caffeinated drinks are my weakness.I'm an all day sipper. It's mainly Coca-cola or Pepsi products. However,I always drink the diet versions of their beverages.Lately I have been drinking a lot of "Energy drinks" though they are also the ones containing no sugar.Though these drinks have vitamins included,I know all of this caffeine is probably not good for me.Fortunately,I've been able to stop eating Jolt caffeine mints.Despite all of this sometimes I still have problems staying awake
Having grown up in the heart of beer country (Bavaria, Germany) I am quite partial to good beer. My favorite imports (that I can get here in Florida where I live now) include Warsteiner, Spaten, Pilsner Urquell, Hopf, Erdinger and Heinicken/Amstel Light. American beers I like include Yuengling and Sam Adams.
In the fridge right now, you will find some Yuenglings, Warsteiners & Bitburger Drive. Bitburger Drive is a non-alcoholic beer we have on hand for my pregnant wife, who also likes beer. She generally prefers dark/stout varieties.
i like german beer ! this was taken at last years Oktoberfest in Munich - what a fantastic weekend.
I'm a Miller man, that's my choice of domestic, but when I want to enjoy the moment with a truly fine crafted beer, I go belgian!
Give me a Chimay with a nice cigar and I will show you living the high life!
Others personal favorites include Duvel, Leffe blond, Westmalle, Rockfort 8, and sometimes a nice big glass of Hoegaarden.
Cheers!
Paul Z.
I sure do miss Oktoberfest in Bavaria. I was like GM's pic holding the 1 Ltr steins and accused of running around my ARMY Base in my underwear after my 7-8 Liter
. I have those Steins at home for frequent use on my 15 gallon Kegerator with Micro brews of HefeWeizens
Or Sam Adams, FatTire, MGD. I remember drinking a German HefeWeizen made by "Maisels" I fell in love with that brand. I wish one of our German S2G members could mail me a rack of Maisels
coca cola
jack daniels
asahi japanese dry beer
singha thai beer
Just can't stop drinking this, its brewed in Bavaria and is an utter joy to drink -

I used to be a beer snob and drink all the local micro brew stuff. (there's great stuff in New England) I find my self grabbing a bud light these days though. It's super refreshing and doesn't make me feel all bloated if I have a few. My friends say it's trashy... Oh well!
well this is about as close to alcohol as I'll ever get ,,, on a regular basis ... James
The local pub is a150yds away (not a good thing!) it's a real ale pub.
90% of it's beer is locally made.
Some with just 5 kegs a year.
But i never care what it is as long as it's wet.
I just ask the bar person what's new and have one of them or2or3or4 you know the story.
