Always liked Springsteen.

Just because a recording artist is very popular, it doesn't mean they're rubbish, & he's a case in point.

I get so bored of 'music fans' banging on about the very latest achingly fashionable band (this is in no way aimed at you, thebeardedlady ), & they have simply no idea.

I first remember it happening when I heard someone playing an Electro album on a boombox in the 80s. I went up to him to talk about it... he said he didn't even like it, but he knew it was cool, so he was playing it. At the time I thought WTF? but it seems to be quite a popular way to behave.

I wouldnt call scroobius pip fashionable, hes pretty unheard of. Iv been a fan for years and his gigs are amazing! I was just mixing up the thread a little.

I know what you mean by fashionable music, the stuff in the charts just now is dire.

yeah a few old school gone now i was gutted when gary moore died this year always been a fan of thin lizzy and moores solo work well he joins phil lynott now .
