Can anybody please give some information on what is CIP for paying an ebay seller in Germany?

He has no Paypal and Bank Transfer is the only option available.

Ask for his IBAN!

German CIP's are very hard to convert to IBAN's. I always ask Germans who don't have Paypal if they can provide a IBAN before I bid on thing on eBay.

If he's not willing to give his IBAN, cancel the deal.

Can uk people pay with iban/bic anyway as they are using GBP and not Euro?
