This one going to need a new set of capacitors as audio is low on one channel and a belt as it turn to goo.

After removing the PCB, you can see how the belt wrap around the motor, thankfully capacitors don't look like they made a big mess, but the belt did. The capacitors did test bad, so need to be replaced.

After cleaning goo off pulleys with mineral spirits and reoil bearing, installed a new belt

Well found the problem with the one distorted channel on the right side even after replaced the capacitors. Was about to give up on this one, as I had no service manuel for it, figure I trace it out with the oscilloscope, to find out the issue was with the preamp, well remembering the unknown white double sided tape that was on the dolby NR IC, decided to remove and resolder IC and works on both channels now. I notice alot of these that have cold solder joints and someone always tamper with them, especially the jx707 is known for failed DIY attempts, then sold AS-IS!! This one wasn't as bad.

After work been done and now fully operational, still have to clean some of the flux off the board.
