RC-M90 Timer switch

daniel.ruiz - 2010-02-09 21:41

Anyone know what the timer standby switch on the M-90 does?

- REC
- OFF
- PLAY

Thanks

Very simple . These functions will be engaged when the power supply of the box will be switched on by using a timer that's between the power socket en the power cord of the M 90

This feature always made me wonder: did anyone actually use this? You need an external timer device to apply the power & all the feature does is start playing or recording the tape. Potentially useful to record something off the radio, or if you absolutly *must* be woken up by a specific song perhaps?
Any boomer without a servo deck has this feature too, of course. Just put in the tape & press Play or Record.

I'm sure it has a purpose, but i'll probably never need it anyway. Just wanted to know what it did (Not Much). Thanks for your explanations.
