Welcome aboard! Have you tried a shot of De-Oxit to the volume, bass, and treble controls? Smile

Radio shack sells tuner type cleaner, It will say cleaner lubricant for around $10 a bottle. You can either take knobs off (lazy way) and spray cleaner into the shaft hole or take unit apart to spray from inside of unit to get a better birdseye view, then you have to turn the knob fully both directions for an hour, No just kidding Laugh Out Loud just turn them both ways for a minute or so, and presto. You may have to do this a couple times. you can also get your tuner if you opened the box up to get better reception Smile
