Battery Compartment Doors!

tripledot - 2009-01-27 17:43

As I'm looking forward to the spring I wonder if I'm gonna be able to keep the batteries in my Lasonic LPC 82 when i take it out.

I've posted a request for a door but I dont know if getting an official replacement's gonna happen.. anyone got any suggestions?

Requests for parts sometimes take weeks, or longer. Don't give up just yet ...

This is something I have considered making. I was looking a discounted priced boxes missing their back cover and just trying to make one out of stainless steel sheeting (because I have some) or looking for plastic sheets that can be cut. Most of the boxes seem to have little tabs that can be fabricated and apoxyed on or pop riveted on. If I find a box I like that has no back cover I may try this.
