Just got a late 90's Panasonic CD boombox-a RX-DS11.

I paid $25 for it-which was a fair price considering it was in a excellent condition.

This Panasonic boombox was released in 1997.

Some of its features are:
-CD player & single tape deck
-XBS bass boost (gives a deep bass sound)
-CD controls placed near the bottom
-volume control is a slider instead of a knob
-has a small LCD display for CD track info
-headphone jack on the rear of the boombox
-MASH 1 bit DAC
-speakers are of the 10cm type
-quite light (2.9kg)

With XBS turned on and the volume set to a medium level, the RX-DS11 sounds quite lovely-with very nicely balanced bass.
