Today i was offered 5 boxes all in mint condition.

1)JVC RC--555

2)LASONIC L30

3)HITACHI combo (dynamic sound or something like that) a very big one

he didnt know how to read the model number.

4) Sanwa--7000

5)TOSHIBA Bombeat SX--25

I m going to visit the guy tomorrow to check them out.

If he lets me i will share some pics with you all!

Please any advice especially from older members here would be helpful

particularly for the Lasonic on how much should i pay for it !!!

i believe the JVC & the hitachi could be your best units, the lasonic L30 i think is a 3 piece unit.

This is what i got today from a great guy outside of town !!

I m a little excited to share it with all of you,

since this is my first trip to purchase a boombox.

Unfortunately he didn't let me take pics of some others he had (including a sharp gf 800), who knows maybe next time!

So what i came with back in my town is a B-E-A-U-T-Y !,

a LASONIC L30. All this box needs is a good clean up

as everything works as it should.

Looks like Sharp GF 800 is not in the list of your home.There are many GF 800 in Vietnam .

Ofcourse Sharp is in my list but the seller didnt want to give it away.

He did let me to fool around with it for a while,

this unit is a 3 piece also and it even has

an LCD screen for showing the time.

Eventually i think i will own one.

Although i didnt take pics  i ve found a toshiba s pic  online

and looks like the first pic but in a different colourway.

It is a 3 piece unit and looks like lower end models of toshiba.

The last two pics shows the BEAUTY fully cleaned .
