Today i ve  found a Disco lite boombox !

This one i surely havent seen it before anywhere !!

Its a 3 piece bbox and its a TRIDENT -AS1619.

The speakers are connecting to the main unit via 3,5 mm mini jacks.

The red one is for the disco show and the black one for audio .

Now the problem is that  3 jacks are broken and the left speaker cant play

at all .

I ve managed to connect a jack to the red one and the right speaker can play

but from the right one i have no sound and no disco show .

Any tech info on what i can do for it would be appreciated .

you always find unheard-of boxes my friend. this one is so much greek it makes me think of Ποσειδῶν  (here in one of his modern incarnations)

i dont know much of technical problems but in my experience the issue you mention shouldn't be too serious. give the Disco Lite to tech and you'll get it back fully working in less than no time

The speakers and the light show is so cool !!

It even has that mirror ball effect if you look at it !!

i have never seen Trident boxes anywhere else than in your collection (you have another one if memory assists me). a real cool box, hopefully the problem of the left speaker is only a matter of bad contacts.

Might have to cut open the end section and reattach new jack ports to the wire. They are a single connection by the look of them so there are probably two separate wires inside, one will be attached to the ground (the outer body of the plug) and one will connect to the jack itself. Try and get some other jacks with a single black section on the plug part like the ones you have. Should be a straight forward replacement.
