Hmmmm the first Square one pictured..... LOOKS LIKE A MICROWAVE OVEN..... and 3 Watts/ch  Geesh....Can put two 1980 brick Walkman mono bridged and make that much power  

Yeah thankfully not eggish looking but give me the 80's longer squared edge look any day or the forever classic Tall , Wide and not to thick giant Boomers like a M90.

This works for me .. quality yet still mostly classically squarish with touch of modern a dual DAC CD player.  Its on its way to my home.... WOOHOO.

One would think if you were going to make a product that was a powerhouse multi multi million selling item for 15 peak years you could study what made certain models so popular and others successful.   Do a modern yet RETRO design like the 70 Mustang to the new one or same for Chevy Camaro.  Best of both worlds.. have appearance of the 80's awesome BOXES yet incorporate the newer much better amps/tech VIOLA... Same box size with more space for BIGGER SPEAKERS oh YEAH!  Those Boombox companies would be wise to get several of you Pro Boomer members as consultants.. geesh think what could be created.... ah well it was a moment of great thoughts of a future reincarnated.
