Panasonic Mini-box-walkman Gem

Just saw one on ebay.au and thought I'd do a bit more reasearch, turns out it's a current model product, so I thought this would be the best place to post it, even though it's closer to a walkman on boombox growth hormones than a traditional portable stereo. Still, I thought she was quite impressive:

Loads of features:

* Compact multi purpose stereo radio cassette recorder with built-in mic
* External Stereo mic and carrying pouch included
* FM/AM tuning with slide-rule dial
* XBS (Extra Bass System)
* Built-in rod antenna
* LED Indicators
* Stereo Earphone included
* Hand Strap
* High Quality aluminium front face
* Built-in 3 Speakers for Clear, Powerful Sound
* 3 x Recording Time
* High Output Power: Total 1000m (EIAJ)

I'm impressed enough to pick one up, certainly has an impressive range of features and a design that isn't awful, I assumed it was vintage until I saw the extruded Panasonic logo on the back. It's a superseded model, but can't be too old if it's still up the Panasonic site.
