renegade.master - 2009-10-22 01:58

Hi all,

I found this site from the google, looks to be pretty spot on.

Just bought myself my first Ghetto Blaster a Sharp GF-9292

Can anyone link me to any thing with some info about it? Maybe a PDF of the manual?

Its tape player isn't working, does this site have any how to fix it type threads?

Sorry if this is common knowledge / posted in the wrong bit - Im new :P

Thanks for your help,

Keep Boomin

hi renegade master, welcome along to this awesome site.
nice model the 9292- i own a 9090, which is a european model. your 9292 is very similar. these gf sharps were made around the 1977-1980 mark. they are much liked by collectors and are always popular. they also sound pretty neat too.
to get info on your model you could try the brochure site wegavision, or recallsharp.ru, or stereo80s, or shizaudio.ru.
good luck, and excellent first choice.

Welcome!! I would check the belts first that seems to be the most common thing with decks.
