geoffhartwell - 2009-10-22 13:01

when i see this on bay i felt like asking seller if he/she was having a laugh

banana95 - 2009-10-22 14:08

just saw that hitachi, and was thinkin the same!

pacwestuk - 2009-10-23 01:37

i think they put in one to many 0s there having a fu----- joke nice box but no way in a million years it will get a bid Eek

ash25 - 2009-10-23 04:51

Always loved the look of that box, but wondered how it sounds. And in dollars, how much is the 300 opening bid?

im.out.of.hear - 2009-10-23 07:31

Hi Ash,£300 is 498.00 US dollars

These people make me pissss,i do love it when they list stuff for that ridiculous and it does'nt sell, serves them right for being greedy !
that "in my eyes" is a £40 box..certainly nothing special..

andyboombox - 2009-10-24 02:00

that is one sexy sexy sexy sexy box- love it- but no way would i pay 3 ton for it.
id try for an m70/rc828/838 first

isolator42 - 2009-10-26 11:38

well it's the big brother of the TRK8200... if it sounds anything like it's little brother (which I suspect it does) it'll be clear & accurate sounding but ultimately bass-light.

bendycat - 2009-10-26 12:29

i've got a 8200 and it's sweet - would like one of these - missed one on ebay a few months ago Roll Eyes but not paying that price (you know i like mine cheap Laugh Out Loud)

i pm'd the seller telling him that it will never be bid on - and that it's way too much money, in a nice way Wink

will have to see if he gets one of his mate's to bid on it, to show it was bought - then relist as none payment - but think he will bring the price down in the end Laugh Out Loud

the same goes on with bmx's - £500 wanted for a £40 bike Roll Eyes

well we will see Nod Yes

im.out.of.hear - 2009-10-26 15:40

yeah isolator is right,i too have had a 8200,they are quite kool but defo not the bassiest box..there aint no way this box is worth £300,if he knocked a zero off that would be more like it..

Just like this guy..one of these sold for something like £12 last week, all working with nothing missing..check the description of this..

I dont Think we are mate, all these big unrealistic prices we see are the "I WISH" prices that people put on there items, basically they are having a go,trying it on,hoping there will be that one idiot that will be stoopid enough to bid..

bendycat - 2009-10-26 18:44

just started a new thread on this topic

retro.addict - 2009-10-31 09:23

I have both the 8200 and the 8600, and the 8600 sounds lot bassier. It has a loudness button though, where the 8200 doesn't. Stereo separation sounds better on the 8200 in my opinion.

banana95 - 2009-11-02 14:55

I reckon this belongs in this thread....
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sharp-VZ...?hash=item2ea8cbfd40

Ok, its a nice box, but that price is just silly!

bendycat - 2009-11-02 15:39

WOW that is some price for that Eek

looks cleanish but for the sliders Frown (and the price Laugh Out Loud)

:quick note:
this thread is not for taking the pee out of sellers - but just to high light that people think that every old box is worth it's weight in gold

nice find BaNaNa95 - i take it you not putting in a bid Laugh Out Loud

litfan - 2009-11-03 09:25

Mine went, last week. With the rest. It was NOS. Brand spanking, but, it`s been stood so long, it needs new belts. I`m still kicking myself, for letting the bombeat 40 go. What`s the chances of finding another?

banana95 - 2009-11-05 13:46

Here we go again!
