good afternoon fellow blaster boys - and girls
im on a roll- ive just called in at my local bhf charity shop(british thrift store)off the spec and dropped on two new boxes- for £10 in total
first theres a little hitachi trk5300e, all tested and working, and in superb condition under a thin layer of dust.
secondly, a bit nicer, a lovely sharp gf9090 once again fully tested and working. slightly scuffed but nothing major.
ive not had either going yet, but i trust the bhf as they dont sell anything electrical wise unless it is fully tested and in working condition.my first box, my hitachi trk3d8e came off them too, and its never let me down. i only wish i could have posted you pics, especially like you american chaps do of them still sat on the shelf in the shop.
sadly i neither have a digital camera or equipment to upload to the web. i use a library computer and they have limits on what you can do.im still in the archages when it comes to tech, i prefer retro anyways.
cant wait to see how the gf9090 sounds. any good????
