Pioneer SK-31

Friends,

I'm new to this site just tonight ... and coming to you from Newberg, about 22 miles SW from downtown Portland, OR, in the middle of the gorgeous wine country.

I bought a Pioneer SK-31 new in 1980 at a now-out-of-business chain store called JAFCO. I used it with external speakers, and then with a line-in Walkman CD player for eight years, until it was stolen from my house in 1988.

In a fit of retro-ism, I bought one the other day, and am happy to have it coming my way this week. And while the cassette player doesn't work, it's cosmetically perfect, and the tuner works great (or so it was advertised ... we'll see). I'll use it primarily for the tuner, and to play my iPod through ... and depending on what I find, I'll might use external speakers with it again too.

But ...

Despite quite a bit of searching this week, I've been unable to find a Owners Manual for my new Pioneer SK-31, even though I've found several available Service Manuals.

So ...

If you have one of these illusive critters in any format, please let me know. You can email it to me as a .pdf. I can buy it from you as a hard-copy piece. Or you can fax it to me. Thanks and Godspeed.
