Some old catologue scans..

richuk - 2009-05-01 01:17

Here's some scans I thought you guys might like, they come from a 1983 home shopping catologue, I think it was John Mills but I can't remember for sure and it's back in the loft now, anyway enjoy...

Very cool ! I really like the Amstrad with the turntable, i remember seeing one for sale on Epay ages ago but havent seen one for a while !

The Sharps are my favorite here. I have a GF-450 that is mint in the box and it is fantastic to see an original catalogue add for one.
Thanks heaps for sharing Smile

Oh, nice one.
A real trip down memory lane here.
Exactly the sort of catalog my brother & i would spend ages pouring over, dreaming.

...Amstrad, Bush, Binatone, all the top brands Smile how little we knew.

Nice scans and what a trip down memory lane!

'It tapes tapes' I remember that and thinking what a cool feature!

Spinney tronic I'd forgotten all about that brand haha! Like 'Van Der Molen' another one (hifi) they used to sell in those catalogues!
The Sharp 9500 looks so cool!

The catalogue I remember most was 'John Moores'

Hi Andy, they're not web pages, I scanned some pages from an old catalogue, and posted the images here. If you want the images just right click each one and save them Wink
